Undoubtedly, the ascent of Psiloritis from Fourfouras is the most interesting: the view of the Libyan Sea and the Amari Valley rewards the climbers. Even relatively inexperienced people can enjoy the Mountain of Crete, walking the passable path to the shelter of Toumpotos Prinos or to Ohra and Korakia. However, the passage of Psiloritis, starting from Fourfouras, overlooking Crete from the top at Timios Stavros (Holy Cross) and the descent to the plateau of Nida is an unforgettable achievement for life, for Cretans and not!
